Insurance and Rates
I am not paneled with any insurance at this time. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, where you may be able to get reimbursed once your out-of-network deductible is met.
If you are interested in pursuing this as an option, I encourage you to reach out to your insurance to learn more about your out-of-network benefits. Upon working together, I will give you a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance.
I am able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express, and HSA.
Therapy Fees
For both individual and couples psychotherapy:
Intake $200
30 minute sessions $130
45 minute sessions $160
60 minute session $190
Evaluation Billing Schedule
Psychological evaluations are an investment, but there are ways to make the costs more manageable. While I am not in-network with insurance providers, you may be able to utilize your out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for services like psychological testing. In this case, I will provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit directly to your insurance. Additionally, payments are collected in smaller, manageable installments throughout the testing process—not as a lump sum.
Fee schedule for psychological testing:
CPT 90792 (Intake) | $200 | 1 Unit
CPT 96136 (First 30 min of testing) | $125 | 1 Unit
CPT 96137 (Subsequent 30 min of testing) | $100 | Average 11-15 Units
CPT 96130 (First hour of scoring, interpretation, and report writing) | $200 | 1 Unit
CPT 96131 (Subsequent hour of scoring, interpretation, and report writing) | $180 | Average 5-7 Units
Taken together, you may expect a full psychological evaluation to roughly cost between $2,525 and $3,285.
Testing requirements may vary, and the total cost will reflect any adjustments in the number of units needed. Please know that I am committed to streamlining the testing process to keep costs as manageable as possible while ensuring you receive a high-quality evaluation.
